1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old with a valid driving license held for at least one year.
• Rental is subject to identity verification and a security deposit.

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Smooth Engine Drive.
• Full payment (card only) and deposit are required at vehicle handover.

3. Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles must not be driven under the influence or for prohibited activities (e.g., racing, off-road).
• The customer is responsible for the car during the rental period.
• Return the vehicle in agreed condition—additional charges may apply for extra cleaning, fuel, or damages.

4. Liability & Insurance

• Standard insurance is included; customers may opt for additional coverage.
• You must report any incident or accident immediately to us.

5. Data Protection

All customer data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR statement.
